SMWCon Fall 2011

The Fall 2011 SMWCon will be held on September 21–23, 2011 in Berlin, Germany. It will include presentations and discussions about current applications and the future development of Semantic MediaWiki and its extensions and applications.

Following the success of the SMWCon Spring 2011, it will feature a similar three-day setup with an additional hands-on/tutorial day before the two conference days.

• Tutorial Day: Wednesday, Sept 21: tutorials and hands-on sessions. There will be a parallel hands-on session where SMW developers will be available for discussing questions around SMW.
• Conference: Thursday, Sept 22. – Friday, Sept. 23: presentations and group discussions

Registration includes attendance for the selected dates, lunch on each day, and the conference dinner on Thursday.

We provide special rates for the following attendee groups:

• Students: Students must be able to produce a valid student ID at the conference.
   
• Developers: To be considered a MediaWiki developer for this conference, you need to have committed code to a free and open source MediaWiki extension.
